Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. We use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). We do not use unofficial tools that scan a QR code with your phone, which put your number at risk of being banned.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
In most cases, yes. We can connect the number you already use with the WhatsApp Business app, so your team keeps the number and recent chat history. If your number can't be connected, we help you set up a new one.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost?
Meta charges per message delivered, and you pay Meta directly at their rates with no markup from us. Replies to customers within 24 hours include 1,000 free messages per number each month, and chats that start from Click-to-WhatsApp ads are free for a limited window.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your contacts and conversations belong to your business. HAFSAGE LIMITED processes them only to provide the service, under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Can I send bulk messages?
Yes, to customers who have opted in to hear from you, using message templates approved by Meta. Sending to people who never asked for your messages breaks WhatsApp's rules and can get your number restricted.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days. The main wait is Meta's business verification, which we guide you through. Our optional done-for-you setup covers everything, including importing your contacts and training your team.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time. Pay annually if you want two months free.
How do I pay?
Your subscription can be paid by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. Meta's message fees are paid directly to Meta by card on your WhatsApp account.
